COMMERCIAL BRANDING MODEL RELEASE

(Adult and Minor Authorization)


ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND AUTHORIZATION

I voluntarily agree to be photographed and/or recorded by McGlone Photography LLC or, if signing for a minor child or children, authorize them to be photographed and/or recorded in connection with a commercial branding photography session.


For purposes of this release, “Commercial Client” means the business, organization, or individual that commissioned, hosted, or is the primary subject of the photography session in which the person or people identified in this release are participating.


I authorize McGlone Photography LLC to photograph, record, edit, reproduce, publish, display, and otherwise use my image, likeness, and appearance and/or those of the minor child or children identified in this release.


I also authorize McGlone Photography LLC to provide and license these photographs and video footage to the Commercial Client. I authorize both McGlone Photography LLC and the Commercial Client to use the resulting images and footage for the following purposes:


  • Websites and blogs
  • Organic social media content
  • Email marketing and newsletters
  • Printed marketing materials
  • Business listings and professional profiles
  • Portfolio, promotional, educational, and advertising materials
  • Internal business communications and presentations


This authorization applies to print and digital media and is granted without geographic limitation or expiration.


I understand that the images may be cropped, color-corrected, retouched, combined with text or graphic design elements, or otherwise reasonably edited for the purposes listed above. The images will not knowingly be used in a defamatory, misleading, or unlawful manner.


I understand that I will not have the right to inspect or approve the finished images, video footage, accompanying text, designs, or specific publications in which they appear.


I understand that participation is voluntary and that neither I nor any minor child or children identified in this release will receive payment, royalties, ownership rights, or other compensation for the creation or authorized use of these images unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.


McGlone Photography LLC retains the copyright to all photographs and video footage it creates. This release grants permission for the use of my likeness and/or the likenesses of the minor child or children identified in this release. It does not transfer copyright or ownership of the images to me or to any person identified in this release.


I release McGlone Photography LLC, the Commercial Client, and their respective owners, employees, contractors, representatives, licensees, and authorized service providers from claims arising from the authorized creation and use of the photographs and video footage described in this release.


This release does not authorize the Commercial Client to sell, transfer, sublicense, or provide the images to an unrelated third party unless separately authorized by McGlone Photography LLC.

Include yourself if you will be photographed. If you are signing for one or more minor children, include each child’s full legal name and age.

Enter “Self” if you are the adult being photographed. If you are signing for a minor, enter your relationship to the child, such as “Parent” or “Legal Guardian.” If both apply, enter “Self and Parent” or “Self and Legal Guardian.”

I have read and agree to the Commercial Branding Model Release. I confirm that I am at least 18 years old. I authorize each person listed above to be photographed and/or recorded and their images and likenesses used under the terms of this release. If signing for a minor, I confirm that I am their parent or legal guardian and have the authority to sign on their behalf. By checking this box and typing my name below, I am electronically signing this release.
