Maybe that looks like making pancakes on a slow Saturday morning. Running barefoot through the backyard. Eating watermelon around the fire pit. A creek adventure with muddy shoes and pockets full of rocks.

Of course we’ll still capture a few smiling-at-the-camera photos for grandma. But the heart of these sessions lives in the in-between moments.

Sometimes you just need a handful of updated photos where everyone is looking at the camera at the same time. I get it.
My mini sessions are designed to be simple, relaxed, and efficient while still feeling like you. These are perfect for holiday cards, yearly updates, milestone seasons, or families wanting a few beautiful portraits without committing to a full custom session.

My Approach
I’m not the photographer who’s going to spend an hour forcing your kids to sit perfectly still and smile at me. I am the photographer who will probably tell you to snuggle closer, chase your kids through the field, grab the popsicles, or let your little ones be exactly who they are.
The goal isn’t perfection. It’s connection.
The best images usually happen somewhere in the middle of the chaos, the laughter, the movement, and the moments you didn’t plan.
Those are almost always the moments worth remembering most.
